32nd Annual Chili Shoot Out
IS POSTPONED TILL NEXT YEAR
This has been a tradition, it is absolutely
an event we want to bring back! For 2013, we plan on working on sponsorships
that will help decrease expenses and partnerships that will increase attendance.
I hope that you can understand this business decision.
The 32nd annual Cumulus Chili Shoot-Out is Saturday, October 06, 2012
at Davis Park~located in Rockford, IL from Noon-6pm.
FREE Parking in Ramp before 6pm
The Chili Shoot-Out is a heritage event in the Rock River Valley, raising over $100,000 for local charities in the area.
Over 50 cooking teams gather to compete for the best chili recipe and for the best in showmanship.
Samples of the best chilis in the area are available along with Budweiser and other festival foods.
Gates are open from Noon to 6pm- Bring your lawn chairs!
Admission is $5 with a Non-Perishable food Item
(Children under 5 free!)
Or $7 Without a food Item
Bring your donation the day of the event going to Rock River Valley Pantry
